WHERE WINE IS ‘CRAFT’ FIRST AND ‘PRODUCT’ SECOND.
Located on the slopes above Okanagan Lake in West Kelowna lives Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery. First started as a grape growing business in 1968, Mt. Boucherie soon became one of the largest vineyard holdings in BC, farming 200 acres of land in both the Similkameen and Okanagan Valleys.
In 2020, following 20 years of running from a modest tasting room, they opened the doors to a brand-new luxurious wine experience centre. The 15,000 square-foot building features a dining lounge, tasting room and multiple private event facilities with some of the best views in the valley.
The Mt. Boucherie Estate wine series is made in four distinct tiers for almost every occasion and palate. Led by Winemaker, Jeff Hundertmark, and his remarkable team, their vision is to reflect the diversity of BC wine through low yields, honest winemaking, and patient ageing.
The Tasting Room and the Modest Butcher Kitchen & Market are open daily. Enjoy an intimate tasting, and indulge in one of the many mouth-watering culinary creations the chefs have prepared for you all while taking in breathtaking views. With a promise to make every visit the most memorable, it is a location not be missed.
