Grizzli Winery is pleased to announce the launch of its Outdoor Cinema Series with a special charity screening of the beloved family film Mrs. Doubtfire on Friday, September 5, 2025. This community-focused event offers an evening of entertainment and purpose, supporting the BGC Okanagan.

This unforgettable night in the vineyard is more than just a movie—it's a celebration of community and giving back, with proceeds supporting the BGC Okanagan and their impactful 'Families and Community Together' (FACT) Program.

From 6:30 PM onward, the winery transforms into a festive hub of family fun. Kids can enjoy face painting, classic games, and hands-on activities while parents sip estate-grown wine and unwind at our extended outdoor bar. A snack station will be available, offering popcorn and treats for purchase. The movie will begin around 8:00 PM, just as the sun sets over the vineyards, creating a truly magical viewing experience.

Tickets are $10 when purchased online in advance.

Walk-ins are welcome. However, tickets are $15 at the door, and you must bring your chairs or blankets to attend the movie.

Perhaps the most fitting artist to grace our Broken Hearts Club Speakeasy - We invite you to join us on the emotional roller coaster that is Windmills. However, we won't ask you to remain seated with hands, arms, feet, and legs inside this vehicle - there is dancing in the forecast. Those suffering from conditions of a broken heart are encouraged to ride, and mothers with hopes of expectation should bring their partners.

As an artist, Windmills does much the same thing, taking personal tragedies, triumphs & memories & transforming them into songs dripping with heartbreak & anguish. Windmills is the moniker of multi-instrumentalist pop artist/composer, Cory Myraas. Last Call: A Tasting Event for Your Big Finish is a cheeky, heartfelt, and (ironically) life-affirming talk about death from an ER nurse who’s seen more of it than most and has a few thoughts on the matter. Humorous, heartfelt, and real, Last Call invites you to laugh, think, squirm a little, and maybe even make a plan. We’re all going to die, but most of us are doing our best not to think about it. Come, raise your glass to the weird, wonderful and inevitable topic of death. This show is for the curious, the quietly anxious, the seasoned caregivers, the ones who want to live on purpose while they still can, and anyone who’s ever Googled “do not resuscitate tattoo”.

Amanda is several things she never expected to be - including an ER nurse, clinical educator, psychedelic guide and death translator, who has spent nearly 15 years on the frontlines of other people’s worst days. Between resuscitating people, holding hands, filling out forms, and wondering why no one talks about the end, she developed a fascination with the sacred and often absurd realities of death, dying, and what we leave behind. Last Call is her love letter to everyone who's ever wondered what really matters - a lightly existential, occasionally funny, and always human conversation about the mortality we all share.
