On Friday, May 11, award-winning Chef Ned Bell (Executive Chef for Ocean Wise and former Executive Chef of the Four Season’s YEW Seafood + Bar) will join Quails’ Gate Winery Chef Roger Sleiman for a spectacular celebration of sustainable seafood to commemorate Ned’s recently launched cookbook LURE. With both chefs possessing a passion for local and sustainable cooking, guests can expect a truly inspired menu filled with beautiful seasonal ingredients and truly spectacular spring flavours. Guests will also receive a complimentary signed copy of LURE.
