With both chefs possessing a passion for local and sustainable cooking, which is fully on display in James’ new cookbook Araxi: Roots to Shoots, Farm Fresh Recipes, guests can expect a truly inspired menu filled with beautiful seasonal ingredients and truly spectacular flavours.
